Calligrafun Loyalty Program Regulations

effective from March 18, 2019

Definitions

1. Organizer - INKOLOR Kamila Krysiak with its registered office at Poezji 12/83, 04-994 Warszawa;
2. Program - a loyalty program prepared and run by the Organizer, addressed to customers of the Calligrafun.com store, who will be granted Benefits for participation in the Program. The program will run from March 18, 2019 until further notice;
3. Participant - a registered customer of the Store who has made at least one purchase in the Store;
4. Benefit - any type of benefit granted to the Participant by the Organizer, i.e. all kinds of discounts, discounts on the purchase of goods or services granted free of charge and others;
5. Store - Calligrafun.com online store.

§1
General provisions

1. These Regulations define the conditions of participation in the Program and the rights and obligations of the Participant.
2. The program is valid only for purchases in the Calligrafun.com online store.
3. The program has been running since March 18, 2019 until further notice.
4. Points are awarded for orders placed from March 18, 2019.

§2
Benefits

1. Each full PLN 10 spent by the Participant on goods in the Store during one order is equivalent to 1 point in the Program.
2. Points are awarded when the order status changes to "shipped".
3. In case of non-collection of the order or its partial or complete return, the accrued points are deducted in proportion to the value of the return.
4. The Organizer will grant the following Benefits for purchases:
   50 points - 1% discount;
   100 points - 1.5% discount;
   200 points - 2% discount;
   300 points - 2.5% discount;
   400 points - 3% discount;
   500 points - 3.5% discount;
   600 points - 4% discount;
   700 points - 4.5% discount;
   800 points - 5% discount.
5. The organizer will award additional 2 points for each addition of an opinion about the product after it has been approved by the moderator.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to grant the Participant other Benefits, in particular all kinds of freebies, rebates, discounts, reductions, vouchers or other special price or product offers.
7. No promotions, discounts, discounts, rebates, vouchers, discounts or other special price or product offers can be combined, unless otherwise provided in the regulations of a given promotion, discount, discount, discount or other specific price or product offer or the Organiser's decision.
8. Additional costs (cost of delivery or costs related to the selected payment method) are not included in the calculation of points awarded in the Program.
9. The number of accumulated points can be checked after logging into your account in the Store.

§3
End of the Program

1. The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time.
2. In the event of suspension or termination of the Program, the Organizer is obliged to post relevant information on the website Calligrafun.com.

§4
Changes to the Program Regulations

1. The Program Organizer is entitled to make changes to these Program Regulations at any time.
2. In the event of introducing changes to these Regulations, referred to in point 1 above, the Organizer will each time provide a consolidated text of the amended Regulations on the Organiser's website - Calligrafun.com.

Personal data protection

In the interests of the security of the data entrusted to us, we undertake to carefully store and secure personal data. For this purpose, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. §6
Final Provisions

1. The full text of the regulations is available at Calligrafun.com.
2. The Participant may resign from participating in the Program at any time by sending a request to delete the account from the Store to the following address: [email protected]. Resignation from participation in the program is tantamount to deletion of the account and loss of privileges related to the Program.
3. Any possible disputes or claims in connection with the Program will be settled by a common court competent according to general provisions.
4. The law applicable to these Regulations and the conduct and participation in the Program is the law of the Republic of Poland, and the courts are common courts in the Republic of Poland, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.
