Tachikawa 5 Nib - School Type

One of the most popular Tachikawa's products is smooth G nib. The original purpose of G nib is Japanese comic drawing (manga), but because of the versatility it has already settled on the field of calligraphy.

Tachikawa 600 Nib is also called Spoon because of its distinctive shape. It's a large, fine nib. In contrast to the G nib, it is quite hard with little flex, so it perfectly suits to monoline lettering. Recommended also for beginners.

Tachikawa T-25 model is a great quality universal and very durable wood penholder, matching both regular and round nibs. This versatility is ensured by two different size rings placed at the tip of the pen holder.

Tachikawa 77 (Maru Pen Soft) is a small, quite soft nib, designed for drawing sharp lines. Maru nibs - mapping or round - are ideal for creating highly detailed drawings due to the extra fine tip and little flexibility.

Tachikawa T-36 model is a great quality universal and very durable wood penholder, matching both regular and round nibs. This versatility is ensured by two different size rings placed at the tip of the pen holder. This pen holder is well balanced and quite thick, which makes it comfortable in griping. T-36 is also equipped with a rubber grip, so the hand does not slip while writing or drawing.
